Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the project being assigned
- Provide guidance to Operator(s) under the assigned project
- Maintain work practices of Operators to achieve higher Productivity and Quality standard
- Hand over tasks carried out, issues, and relevant data/information to the following shift’s Test Lead
- Involve in Quality and Productivity activities
- Perform intermediate level of testing, troubleshooting, defects analysis and recording
- Escalate and resolve any technical issues/defects
- To work on any ad hoc task being assigned by supervisor
- To prepare test samples/materials, initial test setup and maintain tooling and facilities.
- To perform the products testing follow by designed test procedures (eg: functional check)
- To perform first level of troubleshooting on issues; and able to identify if true failures
- To manage defect-capturing processes.
- To verify test raw data, and provide trustable, accurate and timely test report
Requirements:
- HavePC Knowledge (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good planning and communications skills
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Computing or ITECertificate in Mechanical/Electrical/ComputingEngineering
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive working attitude, good team player
- Prior Experience in Quality, Development or Consumer Product in Manufacturing Industry will be advantageous
