• Handling all admission enquiries and processes, including evaluation by university committee, university matriculation, student visa, and medical insurance.
• Prepare admission documents, including offer letters, student agreements.
• Liaise with students and Accounts Department for payment of tuition fees
• Participate in local or overseas student recruitment activities.
• Managing and updating of student records into database.
• Provide administrative support to management and senior officers in the office.

• Minimum diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in administrative duties.
