Job Description

| Group Reporting and consolidation for the Group; | |
| Partnering with the business team to provide them with financial and management support and ensure timely and accurate reports | |
| Monitoring and interpreting cash flows, predicting future trends and budgeting; | |
| Monitor the financial reports of the Affiliates’ offices in Southeast Asia region; | |
| Involved in rolling out proper processes, controls and fine tuning of new systems; | |
| Establish financial and internal control policies and procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance to company and tax laws and conformance to accounting standards; | |
| Liaising with external auditor; tax agent on corporate tax matters and company secretary | |
| Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations; | |
| Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations, grants and legislation; | |
|
Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff.

Job Requirements
| Degree in Accountancy or ACCA preferably CA with 3-5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial role; | |
| At least 5 years of experience in full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting for day to day operation, undertake strategic analysis and assist in strategic planning; | |
| Committed and able to cope with tight deadlines, work pressure and multi-task; | |
| Meticulous, driven, hands-on, independent and strong leadership qualities; | |
| Must be able to communicate effectively at all level; | |
| Highly analytical with a strong sense of number with a sharp eye for detail and good organizational skills; | |
| Strong knowledge in IFRS, local tax and accounting standards; | |
| Experience in audit, corporate Tax will be an added plus; | |
| Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel | |
| Able to work at Pacifc Tech Centre, Bukit Merah |
