Job Description

Tourego is a disruptive new force in the tourism finance industry, led by Stanford and MIT alumni with years of professional and management experience. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Management team in the running of the business.

The Accounts and Administration Executive supports the Finance and HR Manager including but not limited to the following areas:

  • Financial
  • Record reimbursement claims and general book-keeping.
  • Month-end closing activities, including preparation of payroll, GST returns.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements, etc
  • HR
  • Handle MOM work pass applications and other related matters
  • Prepare monthly pay slips
  • File monthly CPF returns
  • Maintain staff vacation leave record
  • Secretarial and Office Administration
  • Organize, print and file documents for CEO signature.
  • Maintain list of company assets
  • Maintain company files
  • Maintain list of vendors and assist with procurement
  • Functional Competencies

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma from a recognized tertiary institutions
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax as operated in Singapore
  • Good to have experience in using MYOB or other accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
  • Good command of English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Training will be provided.
