Job Description

  • Prepare quotations of project to potential clients
  • Ensure that the client needs are transmitted to internal teams
  • Coordinate with internal operations and designers with regards to matters to projects
  • Oversee manpower management at the events site
  • Assisting in the preparatiion of each events
  • Ensuring that the administrative duties are performed
  • Providing progress updated of staff and the events
  • Ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma with at least 3 years working experience in Events Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Billingual in English & Mandarin
  • Has a strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Able and willing to work beyond normal working hours when necessary
  • Good at prioritizing, multi tasker and independent
  • Permanent / Full Time
  • $2500 - $3000
