We are looking for a diligent individual to join the Print Order Processing team which is responsible for the accuracy of print and digital orders for our newspapers and magazines.  Your duties will include

The Job

• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and Billing to ensure all orders are taken in accurately
• Responsible for order processing of print & digital newspaper, school and magazine titles
• Responsible for preparing & generating newspapers labels and delivery note (DN) for customers
• Liaise with Production to ensure all orders, labels & documentations are submitted timely

• Diploma in Business or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Numerically savvy and great attention to detail
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and is a team player
• Focused and committed to do job tasks well
• Able to adapt to dynamic changes in working environment

Salary Range: $2200 - $3200 depending on experience
