Job Description

Nexus Link is an established regional marketing research and consultancy firm (www.nexus-link.net). Our clients include the Asian governments and some of the largest companies in Asia. Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, our team of research specialist offers both customized and syndicated research services. We are looking for suitably qualified candidates to join in our rapid expansion in Singapore and the region.

ADMIN & CALL CENTER SUPPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Data entry and Processing
  • Conduct quality checks via phone verification processes
  • Support team on all operational aspect of projects
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalents
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with Call Centre Operations will be an advantage
  • Able to start work immediately
