Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for both English and Peranakan services, including other ad-hoc services/events with the designing and printing of bulletins; coordinate schedules for the Worship & Music Ministry, Pulpit Ministry, etc.
Update the Website and Facebook
Maintain accurate baptism and membership database and wedding records
Coordination for Homebound Ministry
Printing and mailing of letters, pledge cards, etc.
Generate and prepare reports ie TRAC Statistical Report, Stewardship Reports
Handle office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, ensuring adequate office supplies, responding to membership/wedding email inquiries, updating publicity collaterals, mails and any other administrative work
Sourcing and centralized purchasing
Screen phone calls and route the caller to the appropriate party
Greet and assist visitors/vendors
Provide secretarial support to assigned Pastor and the Church Office Manager
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma qualification in any field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an SME office. Fresh graduate with a good attitude is welcome.
Must be proficient in MS Office especially MS Publisher
Good written and spoken communication skills
Working hours: Full-time role, 44 hours/week, 5 ½ days per week (alternate Saturday)
