AMS is a dynamic company with offices in China, Indonesia and Singapore. With our continuous expansion in the region, we have currently an opening for one (01), Admin Executive position.

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including invoicing, emailing, mailing, scanning and faxing of documents.
  • Provide sales support in terms of generating needed reports and proposals.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Maintain office supplies for the company.

 

Qualifications:   

  • Diploma and above. 
  • 3+ years experience in supply chain management. 
  • Strong communication skills including fluency in English and Mandarin. 
  • Proficiency in Autocount and MS Office applications including Word and Excel is a must.
  • Detail oriented and strong time management skills
  • A good team player with a positive, proactive attitude towards asuming responsibilities.
  • Singaporeans. 

  

Salary Package:

  • Competitive basic salary S$1,800 – S$2,200.
  • 13th month bonus.
  • Five day week. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). 
  • Location: Pioneer Point (near Pioneer MRT).
