AMS is a dynamic company with offices in China, Indonesia and Singapore. With our continuous expansion in the region, we have currently an opening for one (01), Admin Logistics Coordinator position.

 

Job description

 

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Sending and compiling of needed Request for Quotation to our forwarders.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipment as well as domestic transportation.
  • Oversee and evaluate stock rotation checks on a weekly basis.
  • Preparing and sending of Purchase Orders to all suppliers.
  • Handling all permit declaration.
  • Handling the backend operation of 6 Ecommerce Platforms.

 

  • Qualifications:   
  • Diploma and above. 
  • 3+ years experience in supply chain management. 
  • Strong communication skills including fluency in English and Mandarin. 
  • Proficiency in Autocount and MS Office applications including Word and Excel is a must.
  • Detail oriented and strong time management skills
  • A good team player with a positive, proactive attitude towards asuming responsibilities.
  • Singaporeans. 

  

Salary Package:

  • Competitive basic salary S$1,800 – S$2,200.
  • 13th month bonus.
  • Five day week. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). 
  • Location: Pioneer Point (near Pioneer MRT).
