Administrative Assistant (Central Mailroom)

Job Description

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail 
  • Sort outgoing mail for posting
  • Liaise with vendors and internal staff on matters pertaining to mails, overseas courier assignments and shipments
  • Verify records and process invoices from various vendors
  • Process Purchase requisitions 
  • Provide general administrative support to Central Mailroom

Job Requirements

  • GCE "A" levels or Diploma
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and customer service oriented
  • Systematic, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Physically fit to handle large and heavy mails/parcels
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Permanent / Full Time
