Administrative Assistant, HR

SPH Media Trust  

Job Description

  • Provide HR support in a shared service environment

  • Prepare staff commencement/cessation documents, maintain manpower statistics, over-time reports and handle work  permit/ employment pass renewals

  • Manage employee benefits and salary administration

  • Maintain personnel files and SAP HR system records


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Meticulous and numerate

  • Good administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

  • Resourceful, a team player and able to multi-task in a dynamic & fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of SAP or other HR Systems would be an advantage

  • Permanent / Full Time
