Reporting to the Administration Manager of the Business Unit, you will handle general secretarial and admin support functions. This includes handling of purchase requisitions, delivery orders and invoices, asset transfers/disposals, budgeting as well as participating in ad-hoc projects, tracking & resolving specific daily operational issues.
Other administrative matters include but are not limited to tracking and filing of contracts, inventory recording, minutes taking and other related matters.
