Reporting to the Administration Manager of the Business Unit, you will handle general secretarial and admin support functions. This includes handling of purchase requisitions, delivery orders and invoices, asset transfers/disposals, budgeting as well as participating in ad-hoc projects, tracking & resolving specific daily operational issues.
Other administrative matters include but are not limited to tracking and filing of contracts, inventory recording, taking minutes and other related matters.
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from all levels
High level of integrity, resourcefulness and personal drive; meticulous with a keen eye for detail
A good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with minimum supervision
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
