ADMINISTRATOR (GENERAL INSURANCE)

Job Description

  • Perform administrative duties such as policy processing, sorting of documents, mailings and scanning
  • Attend to phone calls and email queries
  • Prepare quotations for new and existing clients
  • Follow-up with clients
  • Support the team in assigned project and other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
  • Liaising with partners on department matters
  • Assist in the generation of accurate and periodic General Insurance department and management reports
  • Others general administrative and operational duties
  • Experience in handling general insurance
  • Able to work independently, Good interpersonal skills

  • $1600 - $2500
