Art Consultant / Coordinator - CANVAS Art Consultants

The candidate will have a working knowledge of the art world with a particular focus on modern Asian art and its application into commercial environments. The candidate will join the team in creating exquisite art concepts for interior spaces and transform design into reality.  

Responsibilities:

Qualifications: 

Candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications:

• Must hold recognized qualification of the Arts within Design & Interior / Art History & Design / Multi Media Art / Graphic Design / Arts Management.
• Preferably to have 2-5 years working experience.
• Experienced in related field to Art Consultancy work.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator/InDesign). 
• Must be proficient in English and Mandarin – Writing and Speaking (to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients)
• Must be able to do creative writing.
• Articulate speaker with ability to hold presentations and interact directly with clients and different stakeholders.
• Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines. 
• Able to work independently to lead and handle multiple projects. 
• Able to work well in team environment. 
• Strong knowledge in Asia’s culture and history will be an advantage.
• Experienced in sourcing artists/artisans. 
• Enthusiasm and Passion to learn. 
• Possess a great sense of Creativity, Initiative , Reliability and Professional Work Attitude

Preference will be given to the candidate with the following skill though not required.-

• Basic AUTOCAD proficiency
• Basic 3D Rendering proficiency
