Job Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate or 1 years of college preferred or relevant work experience is an acceptable substitute. Personnels who are re-employed are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
- Meticulous, good initiative, responsible and able to work independently.
- Able to work overtime under Singapore Employment Act.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance Manager.
- Perform data entry using accounting software as assigned and invoicing.
- Receiving and monitoring AR collection. Preparing and update monthly AR and AP Aging reports.
- Preparing suppliers payments and input employees claims accurately and promptly.
- Perform general clerical duties and filing.
- Assists in office facilities matters.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Working Days: 5 days work week (9am – 6:30pm)
