You develop, implement and communicate strategic planning and organisation performance management frameworks/processes at various levels within MINDEF/SAF. You also oversee the development and implementation of a strategic communications framework, including formulating and executing marketing communications and other campaigns for the division, to effectively drive change and transformation to various levels of the organisation. A deep understanding of the strategic planning models and framework, and having a good grasp of the organisation’s needs in the present and future operating environment is required. Your challenge lies in understanding the target audience(s) well and possessing a strong communications capability in order to develop and implement an effective strategic communications framework.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 5 years’ work experience in related fields such as strategic/marketing communications and corporate/strategic planning. You must be analytical and possess strong communication/marketing and design skills. In addition, you must be competent in performing tasks in both operations and plans domains.
