You are responsible for leading the cyber response team members in malware analysis through the performance of reverse engineering, static and dynamic analysis on malware samples. You also work with forensic analysts to collect intrusion artefacts and used discovered data to enable mitigation or containment of potential cyber defence incidents within the enterprise or systems, as well as isolate and remove malware from infected computing devices. Your challenge lies in keeping pace with the evolving cyber threat landscape and the varying forms of malicious codes.
You must have a tertiary qualification in an information technology, computer science or computer engineering-related field, with at least 6 years’ work experience in the IT or cyber-related field. You must also have a broad exposure to Windows OS, system administration, networking and software development. Possession of strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills is required. You should also be a strong team player with the ability to provide on-the-job coaching and knowledge sharing.
