You lead a team in managing training resources and administration, unit operations and logistics requirements. This includes working closely with different agencies in formulating training work plans, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to support training needs. You also supervise the administration of manpower staffing, and manage the resource budget in accordance to existing guidelines. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of the changing training landscape, managing limited training areas and resources, and responding to changes within short time-frames.
You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 5 years’ work experience in managing and coordinating training, human resource and logistics requirements. Possession of strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills is essential. You must be passionate, committed, driven for results, as well as competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
