SPHMBO is the Out-of-Home media arm of SPH Media Limited. It specialises in providing impactful large outdoor static and LED billboards at strategic locations and indoor screens in banks, shopping malls and healthcare institutions islandwide.

We are inviting suitably qualified individuals who are keen to pursue a career in the media industry to join us as an Assistant Ops Manager / Ops Manager.  Your job scope will include:

• Project Management
  • Liaise with clients to identify and work out project scope and objectives
  • Requirements gathering and planning, ensuring project requirements are met
  • Coordinate project activities, resources and information
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues arising
  • Be the main point of contact and table to communicate project status adequately to all stakeholders
  • Ensure projects run on time

• Business IT Ops support
  • Attend to service calls from clients
  • Providing first level support troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
  • Assist in the installation/maintenance/troubleshooting of IT hardware and software on systems (inhouse and onsite)
  • Assist in system patching on IT systems as per company’s IT policy
  • Maintain inventory of company assets
  • Check on systems’ daily health status (inhouse and onsite)
  • Maintaining and updating of documentations
  • Required to rotate weekend standby duties with the team

• Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing/Advertising/relevant fields
• 1 to 2 years of administrative and operation experience preferred
• Understanding of out-of-home media advertising preferred
• Strong coordination skills, a meticulous and organised mind, and ability to multitask and cope with competing job orders to meet deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing personality and working knowledge of power-point and excel
