Assistant Sales Account Manager / Sales Account Manager

Job Scope:

The job will either cover the whole of S.E.A (inclusive of India) or Europe/Israel or the United States. Besides travelling mainly to the factory sites, customer visits are also required in the region. Customers are from Europe and Asia with manufacturing and international procurement activities based in their respective countries. Candidates can be assigned to any customers within the regions.

Job Responsibilities:    

• Assist in Business Development of new accounts, including initial contacts and sales presentations.
• Assist in Business Development of existing accounts to achieve sales target.
• Responsible for all customer service matters related to accounts that have been assigned - including resolving routine operational issues, meeting new requirements, handling complaints and logistic issues.
• Manage customer visits to our factories for various purposes, including plant audit, line tour, commercial discussion to ensure optimum results. Following up on all action items as assigned is required.
• Acting as liaison between the factories and the customers in all matters and issues that have been raised by the customers.
• Forecasting of business and capacity requirements.
• Faithfully and diligently serve the Company and carry out the duties and responsibilities, which the Company may from time to time assign to you.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales generating activities to the management.
• Other job functions that may be required as and when there is a need or business environment and/or requirement change.

• At least 5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry especially subcontracting of backend services. Preferably with similar years of sales or customer service experience.
• Candidates with product engineering or similar job capacity within semi-conductor backend experience will have an added advantage.
• Incumbents must be team players and are sensitive to deadlines given.
• Articulative with good written & spoken English, Chinese (preferred). Required to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently, even at short notice.
• Possess own vehicle (preferred).
• Possess a Degree or a good Diploma in Engineering.
