Assistant Supply Chain

Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of college preferred or relevant work experience is an acceptable substitute. Personnels who are re-employed are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred (To liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
  • Independence and ability to work in a diverse team environment.
  • Able to work overtime under Singapore Employment Act.

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supply and Demand planning with suppliers, sales & production, which includes PO processing and DO to ensure on time delivery.
  • Track PO/DO with suppliers and assist the plan for production which includes liaising with internal colleagues to ensure stock availability.
  • Compile and prepare sales and purchase data on customer basis.
  • Assist in managing of inventory levels.
  • Other duties are required.

 

Other Information:

  • Working Days: 5 days work week (9am – 6:30pm)
  • Location: Pasir Ris
