Reporting to the Billing Section, this position is responsible for the critical functions of account receivables operations for Consumer Division. You will be required to ensure smooth and timely billing to our distribution channels.  In doing so, you will liaise actively with our finance department, business unit managers and retail trading partners.

The key roles include:-

• Debt management and preparation of aging reports
• Monitor billing accounts and transactions
• Reconcile billing records
• Process invoices and verify claims for various channel distributors
• Resolve billing discrepancies with channel distributors
• Manage cash collections during major school and marketing campaigns.

• Degree holder with accounting knowledge, experience in billing or in similar role 
• or Diploma holder in Accounting with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Google Workspace and accounting software programs
• Able to work in a fast paced-environment
• Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
