SPH Radio is looking for an energetic Broadcast Support Engineer to join its engineering team.

The Job

• Provide technical support to Radio Broadcast and Production systems
• Provide engineering support to the day to day broadcast operations of the technical department
• Provide technical support during the set-up, manning and tearing down of audio & video equipment
• Assist in system installation, test & commissioning of broadcast system
• Provide technical solutions to existing operation and setup
• Perform repair and troubleshooting works on broadcast and IT equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Ability to be on standby duty after office hours

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology
• Experience in radio setup & workflow, broadcast transmission systems, digital audio platforms and related technologies. Candidates without relevant experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided
• Strong interest and knowledge in Radio broadcasting
• Team player yet able to work independently
• Prepared to work odd hours occasionally
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in audio engineering will be an advantage
