OctoRocket.asia is the latest joint venture between the media giant, Singapore Press Holdings, and supply chain software company, Y3 Technologies. We are a B2B cross border ecommerce platform for manufactured food products.  

We seek suitably qualified candidates who are keen to pursue a career in a e-commerce start-up to join us as a Business Development Executive.

The Job

• To acquire and onboard local and overseas merchants/manufacturers

• To follow up and close the sales between merchants and potential buyers

• To assist onboarded merchants with their enquiries/requests

• Tertiary education

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin as the selected candidate is expected to speak to Chinese and Taiwanese merchants

• Ability to read and write fluent English and Chinese as the selected candidate is expected to communicate with Chinese and Taiwanese merchants over emails

• Committed and willing to travel for work

• Passionate to work in a start-up environment
