Commercial Interior Design & Build Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join us to drive, manage and expand our business locally and regionally.

Position : Business Development Manager

* Main Role & Responsibility :

1.0 Taking key role as Project Leader to lead, oversee and manage core business operation teams, comprising Business Development, Design Development, Contract Administration and Project Management.

Business Development :

2.1 Responsible to achieve annual sales revenue and profitability as set forth by the company.

2.2 Provide leadership, working with the teams to undertake proactive client servicing of existing and new customer accounts, meeting new or existing client, attend site show to gather project / design brief & requirements.

2.3 Lead, oversee and ensure the teams prepare and submit a positive tender / bid, including to front, carry out project sales pitches and presentation. 

2.4 To develop and build up strong network and contacts with real estate people, facility and project management people.

2.5 Candidate with proven and verifiable possession of strong network and contacts with real estate people, including facility and project management people will be highly, favourably and positively considered for the position.

3.0 Design Development :

3.1 Lead and work with the Design Team to produce winning design proposal.

3.2 Manage and ensure the team to deliberate, clear and endorsed by client, all design issues, materials and documentation, including timely submission to MCST / Landlord prior to commencement of awarded project.

4.0 Contract Administration :

4.1 Lead and work with team to produce strong, competitive tender / bid, and ensure timely submission.

4.2 Manage team to undertake project procurement and cost management to be in line with targeted project profitability.

5.0 Qualifications / Requirements

5.1 Candidate must have proven track record and capabilities in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent industry.

5.2 Minimum three years experience in equivalent leadership, key management position and capacity.

5.3 Must have good presentation and communication skills.

5.4 Pro-active and enthusiastic to implement excellent customer service standard.

5.5 Enjoy meeting people and possess good people skill.
