The position requires a highly motivated individual to develop and implement campaigns to grow digital subscriptions to The Business Times.
Your main responsibilities involve forming and implementing effective above and below the line advertising that will drive targets and results set.
You will liaise with the creative agencies (internal and external) to develop effective communications and marketing concepts to drive digital subscriptions.
You are required to brainstorm, plan and execute digital campaigns across all digital networks to grow brand presence and drive digital subscriptions
You are required to evaluate metrics that affect sales and brand awareness, and conduct post-campaign reviews to continually deliver more effective digital marketing initiatives
You are required to provide support on both physical and digital events management such as launches, promotions, webinars and roadshows through event planning and implementation, to drive digital subscriptions.
You need to manage and upkeep Advertising and Promotions budget.
Working closely with the team lead, you are also required to identify and engage key target segments to grow digital subscriptions to The Business Times.
It will involve identifying and sizing up new segment bases and developing tailored marketing programmes to reach out to these target segments.
You are required to identify appropriate business partnership opportunities for sponsorship tie-ups to drive product sampling to target segments.
preferably in Business Administration/Marketing with at least 6 years of relevant experience
A team player with a proven track record of conducting marketing promotions and campaigns
Experience in the use of enterprise email marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA) is a plus.
Some levels of experience and proven success in negotiating for sponsorship deals would be advantage
Strong written and communication skills in English
An independent worker who works well in a cross-functional team environment
Confident, resourceful and works well under pressure
Ability to resolve conflicts and stay focused on achieving the targets
