Reporting to the Head of Content Solutions Sales & Agency Partnership, the Associate Director of Content Solutions Sales Lead will be responsible for driving content solution sales across all SPH’s Content Shops (SWEET, Newsrooms, Magazines, Subsidiaries and Partners) and delivering revenue growth to meet annual targets.
The candidate will lead engagement and manage relationships with advertisers from assigned sectors and their respective agencies with the goal to maximize the SPH’s revenue potential and increase SPH’s brand affinity in the advertising marketplace. The candidate should have solid understanding of all SPH Content Shop owners (SWEET, Newsroom, Magazines, Subsidiaries & Partners) and SPH’s audiences, offerings and capabilities.
Develop a sales strategy for advertisers in conjunction with the Media Solutions Team and execute on such strategy to achieve the ad sales target for the business.
Strengthen the SPH’s relationship and standing with its advertisers and agencies across the media landscape in Singapore.
Driving revenue across all content categories and platforms.
Produce compelling, intelligent & creative branded content pitches and client’s proposals across various Content Shop owners to meet client’s needs, reflect SPH’s brand values, and enhance the overall audience experience.
Deeply engage with and understand the advertising community to stay ahead of trends and report key client and competitor movements and strategies.
Work closely with Media Solutions Team leads to secure opportunities and maximum revenue.
Communicate regularly with the Media Solutions Team leads to support, generate and secure multi-years deals.
Coordinate all sales efforts for allocated sectors and work with Content Sales Planning Team & Content strategist to ensure advertisers are serviced appropriately, effectively and contractual obligations are met.
Provide timely and accurate sales reporting as needed.

Somebody who possess more than 10 years of experience in advertising sales, with experience across a variety of offline and online media platforms such as print, magazine, radio, linear & streaming television, digital content, branded content sales, websites & social media platform.
Strong team lead with a successful track record for growing sales revenue, market share and activate account base in a competitive market.
Possess depth of experience in leading and coaching
Demonstrated ability to execute against a sales strategy and revenue targets
Ambitious, confident self-starter with a passion for developing relationships and business partnerships
