Singapore Press Holdings is hiring an experienced Content Solutions Sales Planning Manager. Our Sales Planning Managers serve as key members of the Content Solutions team overseeing the RFP process. This includes preparing sales proposals, collecting and presenting research information, providing advertisers of assigned sectors with rates, creative specifications, managing deadlines and providing optimal advertiser service support to help move the sales from pitch to IO.
The Content Solutions Sales Planning Managers are responsible for working with the AdOps teams to set up and launch campaigns, in addition to collaborating with various internal groups on account prospecting, campaign development, research support, program ideation and access to relevant SPH Content Shop owners case studies in order to generate (and maintain) an active sales pipeline. The candidate should have broad understanding of all SPH Content Shop Owners (SWEET, Newsroom, Magazines, Subsidiaries & Partners) and SPH’s audiences, offerings and capabilities.
Day-to-day support of the Content Solutions Sales team through development of media plans, content solutions decks and marketing collateral for proposals and sales calls.
Prepare proposals - proactive and in response to RFPs – that are accurate, strategic, creative, meet objectives, and submitted on time to best deliver the advertiser expectations (KPIs) while maintaining SPH Content Solutions pricing integrity
Leverage on insights provided by SPH’s Strategic and Innovations to produce compelling sales proposals
Collaborate across the Content Solutions Sales Manager, Content Strategist & Media Solutions Team on proposal development to drive sales from pitch to IO
Work across the organization to utilize historical data, benchmarks, case studies and recaps to support strategic decisions about new content solutions.
Traffic necessary paperwork and campaign elements through internal platforms.
Campaign management including processing IOs, inventory management and bookings.
Coordinate with AdOps and Strategic & Innovation team to develop post campaign analysis and presentation.
Any other administrative tasks and reporting, as and when required
More than 3 years of experience in advertising sales planning role, with experience across a variety of offline and online media platforms such as print, magazine, radio, video, digital, branded content and social media
Sales or campaign management experience
Proficiency with reporting tools such as SalesForce
Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, efficiently manage time and prioritize deliverables
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for internal and external relationship management
Have solutions-oriented customer service focus that conveys and demonstrates responsiveness and competence showcasing a sense of urgency
Self-motivated to work independently, as well as part of a team
