Customer Service / Account Management Assistant (Collection Operations)

Job Description

  • Handle telephone queries on customers’ accounts
  • Perform debt recovery when required 
  • Attend to customers’ feedback/requests and follow-up promptly
  • Ensure timely update of relevant customer/payment record
  • Work closely with the various Business Units on management of customer’s account, including dispute resolution  
  • Provide general admin support

Job Requirements

  • Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’ levels certificate-
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in debt recovery/ customer service 
  • Effective in both verbal and written communication
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform payment reconciliations with attention to details  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure and is a good team player 
  • Permanent / Full Time
