Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre) - 1 Year Contract

Job Description

  • Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
  • Assist on digital apps and technical enquiries  
  • Manage service requests, enquiries and cases via CRM system
  • Guide subscribers on digital publications

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with good credit in English
  • Passion for customer service role in a call centre environment
  • Good spoken and writing skills
  • Good computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good IT skills and tech savvy
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment


Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Saturday or Sunday   8.30am to 12.30pm   (about 3 times in 8 weeks)


Overtime on weekdays if required
