Job Description

We are a telecommunication service provider in Singapore. We would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the following position.

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email.
  • Advise customers on appropriate course of actions.
  • Log all helpdesk interactions.
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resources and escalate situations if required.
  • Ensure proper closure for each request.
  • Prepare activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Good analytical and communications skills.
  • Able to work shifts and during weekends/ public holidays.
  • Only Singaporeans need to apply.

Education:

  • GCE 'O' Level/ ITE/ NiTEC

Experience:

  • NIL

  • Contract
