Our Audience Engagement team is looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about solving problems through data/analytics. This is a unique opportunity to analyse large data sets to uncover audience trends and behaviours across The Straits Times platforms. This will involve taking data from multiple sources and combining acute business knowledge to deliver actionable insights.
The candidate should be able to translate findings into easy-to-understand reports through presentations and visualisations to the newsroom and other stakeholders. In order to be successful, the candidate should be highly meticulous with an eye for detail, and be able to discern broad trends that can affect measurement and insights. He or she should also have an interest in current affairs and should be an avid reader of online news publications.
