Engineer (M & E)
(Based at SPH Print Centre, 2 Jurong Port Road)
Reporting to the Engineering Facilities & Properties Manager, the Engineer (M & E) supervises and leads a team of M & E Technicians and contractors in facility management (Industrial building)
Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance programmes
Achieve the most efficient and safe operations of all M & E equipment & other Building related systems by the team of M & E technicians
Conduct regular inspection of Electrical installation, M & E installation, Fire Protection System, Building Automation System (BAS) and Trade Effluent Plant to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively and compliant with regulations
Supervise contractors’ maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contractual requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years' relevant experience in managing M&E works in the Industrial or Commercial building
Knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS) and PLC communication will be an advantage
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Company transport will be provided from Clementi and Jurong East MRT stations to and from the plant.
