Job Description

●Carry out facilities operations and maintenance work

●Conduct routine check of M&E equipment (eg. ACMV system, electrical system, cooling tower) and Fire alarm system

●Inspect and supervise the works carried out by M&E and Fire alarm system contractors

Job Requirements

●Diploma in Electrical Engineering

●Relevant experience in building and M&E services maintenance is advantageous

●Basic knowledge in PLC / SCADA programming is advantageous

●Good knowledge of general maintenance of testing tools and instruments

●Familiar with MS Office applications

●Able to work on rotating day shifts

●Must be physically fit and a willingness to work overtime

●On-the-job training will be provided

●Company transport will be provided from Clementi and Jurong East MRT stations to and from SPH Print Centre.
