You will assist the Head of Events Management in business development & event conceptualization. In addition, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of the events and maintaining key accounts. Acting as the main liaison person to ensure smooth implementation of events held at the assigned venues, including the application of licenses and approvals from both regulatory bodies and landlords. You will also be required to coordinate and liaise with clients, landlords/management office on all venue rental requirements and operations, including maintaining a list of alternative venues and monitor venue rental rates for review.
Degree / Diploma, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications / Business Administration, Events Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
At least 4 to 6 years of related working experience
Positive with a pleasant disposition and ability to deal with difficult customers
Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
Good network of contacts with suppliers and vendors
