The HR Shared Services Executive provides support on the preparation of employee contracts and letters, updates in the central HR information systems and in ensuring documents are complete and duly filed.

• Work with HR BP to prepare change in contractual terms such as re-appointment, re-employment, transfer, promotion, joint appointment, secondment etc.
• Upkeep and maintain employee records and documents in central HR information system and employee files
• Administer medical and benefits of employees e.g., filing of Government-Paid Leave
• Recommend process changes in HR operational processes and participate / support HR process improvement projects
• Provide other day-to-day HR administrative support

• Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of the Employment Act (EA)
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Able to multi-task and is a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SAP or SuccessFactor is preferred
