What You Have to Be
It all starts with the being. Our management style and working culture is an open one. We are welcome people with positive mindsets that can be:

  • Responsive and Responsible. You will be dealing with operational roles that require your presence on site (*our clients are in the retail and F&B line so generally you will be going to shopping…malls). When there are technical requirement to be resolved, you are our first line of “defence”! Don’t worry, we got you covered in our SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), so all you got to do is follow instructions.
  • Meticulous down to the finite details through internal CMS system and intranet (*we have professional Ops department to assist as long as you...participate actively!) - you are working directly with the Chief of Ops, please make sure you record all ops matters clearly... it is simple, or is it?
  • Proactive and good energy vibes when it comes to interacting with fellow retail aunties and uncles (*you will be meeting lots of people as long as you are...open!) - part of your career scope is seeking giving customer satisfaction through ensure our technical operating systems from music speaker to digital signage are working smoothly.

How You Can Achieve

  1. Servicing – we have a robust system to keep track of the assistance and support work we render technically and operationally on sites. As much as we value productivity over sheer hard work, we find efficiency by handling phone calls and emails for troubleshooting cases. No music? No scent fragrance? No visuals on digital signage? We can troubleshoot online and seek to resolve basic audio systems and IT technical issues over the phone whenever possible. Otherwise, be on site, have a coffee at the mall after you check the electrical wirings (*sometimes it can just be loose, you know).
  2. Regional IT Operational Support - we are the biggest in-store experience solutions company in the world, leading in background music for retailers and F&B and hotels. Your career progression can be tapped upon for Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc. Asia Pacific ops development by setting up teams and tracking their progress on software and hardware matters. (#besides tracking, you have to hussle too! their KPI, is your KPI)

This role requires you to work closely with our Management team and Head of Tech Ops. There will only be ONE final candidate.
