Job Description

  • New Staff Orientation.
  • Issuance of Company’s properties to the new staff.
  • Opening and maintaining staff’s P file and also in Timespay system.
  • Monitoring and preparing for new staff confirmation and appraisal forms.
  • Using Times Software to generate the payroll reports.
  • Submission of CPF payments to CPF Board.
  • Generating and printing of foreign workers’ levy.
  • Update monthly deduction listing and gross salary for accounts.
  • Child care leave claim, maternity and NS make up claim.
  • Generate annual IR8A for all employees and IR21 for resigned foreign staff.
  • Updating of information in staff records for new joins and resigned for MOM reporting.
  • Responsible for the preparation of all HR reports.
  • Claiming of Training grant, maintaining of training records and registering of training courses
  • Clearance of Company properties and exit interview for resigned staff.
  • Safe Keeping of office supply keys.
  • Provide back-up receptionist support when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
