Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Preparation of HR related documentation
  • Conduct employee orientation 
  • Staff leave administration and claim procedure for government paid leave
  • Keep track on staff confirmation date, contract and work pass expiry date
  • Manage work pass applications/renewal/termination
  • Manage workers' payroll
  • In charge of staff training arrangement and necessary ISO record keeping
  • Staff performance evaluation
  • Maintain and update staff records and contact details
  • Responsible in company Employee Handbook preparation and policy update
  • Assist in staff business visa application and flight ticket arrangement
  • Organise company events or activities
  • Any other HR duties as assigned by direct superior

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Familiar with MOM regulations
  • Effective team-player with a positive attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Able to speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking workers)
  • At least 1 year related experience
  • 5-day work week
