This position administers the procedural and documentary requirements of the U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) personnel programs for U.S. Embassies Singapore and Brunei. The incumbent provides front line client services to USDH employees and family members from various sections and agencies. The incumbent is a primary contact for USDH HR issues and is an advisor to Management in Singapore and Brunei in the absence of the American Regional HR Officer (RHRO). This position reports to the RHRO.
