• Support end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer of candidates;
• Responsible for talent acquisition outreach activities through collaboration with other HR Partner team members;
• Act as main contact person of assigned business units to provide guidance on HR policies and processes;
• Work closely with Manager to manage employee matters including grievance handling, performance management and/or disciplinary cases;
• Drive employee engagement programmes by collaborating with other HR Partners;
• Any other projects/tasks assigned relevant to the role.

• Degree in Human Resource, Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related HR experience in healthcare industry
• Meticulous and attentive to details
