Job Description

  • Providing general administrative support to HR department
  • Recruitment and selection of staff
  • Preparation of HR related letters letters
  • Manage employee related issues
  • HR P-file handling, attendance and leave management
  • Employees’ personal data file up keeping
  • Handle the maintenance of factory facilities and up keeping of office equipment
  • Courses registration & pass applications and update record accordingly
  • Any other adhoc work

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 – 3 years of experience in HR related field
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of staff
  • Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
  • Able to converse in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
