Job Description

You are responsible for the planning, development and implementation of HR policies and programmes. You will also need to keep abreast of and review HR policies and processes, and drive employee engagement. You will advise and support line departments on the full spectrum of HR functions, including branding and outreach, internships, scholarships, recruitment, compensation and benefits, career management, performance appraisal and succession planning.

The preferred candidate must possess

  • A good degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. A degree in HR Consulting or HR Management is preferred
  • Strong planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
