Job Description

We are looking for Human Resources Officer/Executive.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist in handing full spectrum of HR which consists of recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relation and recreational activities, staff facilities and welfare, and general administrative matters for the department.
  • Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
  • Update and maintain database in the HRIS.
  • Administration of all leave types, benefits and time attendance

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Conversant with the Singapore labour laws and legislation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
