We invite suitably qualified individuals to join our team as IT Systems Support Manager
Oversee and manage all applications within the department and ensure its efficient day to day running
Coordinate and manage all IT Change requests
Understand all aspects of system configuration and technical/functional capabilities
Oversee and manage front end IT development and implementation
In-depth understanding of business challenges and issues
Being the main liaison between internal and external stakeholders on project requirements
Perform user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and tests on the required systems to assist stakeholders
Support all business reporting requirements
Manage user profile, assigning roles, security settings, etc.
Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to systems and work processes
Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required
Perform any other IT support requirements
