Key Responsibilities:

 Organize and/or conduct talks, seminars, courses and workshops on Christian Discipleship, Baptism and Membership Class, etc.

 Enhance the effectiveness of the Church Library

 To be a resource person and recommend, acquire and/or provide/develop resources/curriculum for the assigned ministries

 To train and develop leaders, both new and current for the assigned ministries

 To provide pastoral care and counseling to the leaders and children/youth when necessary

 To work with the parents and caregivers

Requirements: 

 Candidates must possess at least a relevant theological degree

 Minimum 5 years of ministry relevant experience in Discipleship & Nuture and Children’s Ministry

 Ability to preach, teach and connect with people

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Full-time position requiring to work on public holidays, weeknights and weekends

 Singaporean only
