Job Description

The position requires a highly motivated and confident individual to be part of a team providing smooth day-to-day administrative tasks for the Department and supervise a team to complete a range of administrative tasks.

  • Administrative support including the processing of invoices, purchase requisitions, documents filing and any other duties as assigned from time to time. 
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes or offer solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or prior working experience as Administraton Manager in a fast paced organisation 
  • Proven experience as Administration Manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures 
  • Analytical thinker with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and organise effectively 
  • Meticulous and responsible with strong problem solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proficient in using productivity tools like Google Suite - Sheets, Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint      
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
