Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and plans to build talent pipeline for both current and future business needs of the organisation. This includes the full cycle recruitment process for all positions which involves identifying and sourcing talent. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent is hired.
A degree, preferably in Business Management or Human Resources· 5 or more years of experience in recruitment function working with hiring managers of all levels
Analytical, meticulous, independent and with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
As the role supports the Chinese Media Group, candidates who are effectively bilingual in English and Chinese are preferred
